Como Park Elementary Community-

I am honored to be the principal of Como Park Elementary. Seeing our students learn and grow, connecting and building relationships with families, and working together with our amazing staff is truly what brings me joy every day. 

Education:

Ms. Ewald graduated and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota. She earned her Educational Specialist degree and principal licensure from the University of St. Thomas.

Career:

Ms. Ewald has worked her entire career for the St. Paul Public Schools. The 2024/2025 school year marks her 25th year of servicing the students of St. Paul. Ms. Ewald has taught multiple grade levels, served as both an academic and behavior coach, and was an assistant principal prior to becoming Como Park Elementary’s principal.

Family:

Ms. Ewald was raised in St. Paul. She attended Webster Elementary, Highland Park Middle school, and graduated from Highland Park High School. She continues to call St. Paul her home. She loves spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
