Como Planetarium Participates in Statewide Star Party
More than 300 community members gathered at the Como Planetarium last Thursday for Minnesota's 7th Annual Statewide Star Party, celebrating Minnesota's state constellation, Ursa Minor (the Little Dipper), and Polaris (the North Star).
Youth and adults enjoyed a free evening filled with hands-on astronomy activities, telescope viewing, and planetarium shows.
A special thank you to the students from Harding High School's Astronomy Club who volunteered their time and energy to help make the event a success!
