Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Morning Drop-Off Procedure: If your child arrives after 7:45 AM, students can be dropped off at the main office. Your child can either walk to class on their own or one of our staff members can help them. Teachers are actively engaged in instruction by 7:45 AM, and we want to minimize classroom disruptions, so if you need to speak with the teacher, please schedule an appointment.

Arrival: Our school day begins at 7:30. The front door is open and staffed from 7:15-7:30. Students go right to the cafeteria where they can pick-up a breakfast, and then straight to their classroom. Classroom instruction starts at 7:45. We want all students here and in their room so that learning is maximized.

Early Pick-Up Reminder: If you need to pick up your child, please make sure to contact the office by 1:00 PM. For safety reasons, parents are not able to remove their child directly from the pick-up line.

Visitors: All visitors will be asked when they buzz in at the front door to identify themselves and the reason for their visit.
